Our furniture is made to order and typically delivered within 6–10 weeks depending on the collection and destination. Our team will keep you informed throughout production and arrange a convenient delivery window.
Yes. Complimentary swatches are available for qualifying customers and trade members. Simply complete the form above or email swatches@darkwoodhome.com with your selection.
Selected collections may be available in bespoke fabrics and finishes upon request. Please contact our team to discuss your requirements and we will advise on available options.

Our team will provide updates throughout production and delivery. You will receive a confirmation email upon order placement, followed by production and dispatch notifications as your piece progresses.
As all pieces are made to order, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if there is an issue.
