At DarkWoodHome, each piece is made to order with care and precision.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or appropriate resolution.

All items include:

• 5-year structural frame warranty

• 1-year fabric warranty

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include general wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
